We have completed our mortgage application been successful signed everything and now awaiting last thing which is searches before the solicitor requests the funds to be released. I had to send my wage slip and bank statements off and received them back, husbands bank linked to mortgage so he did not need to. Now he has been offered a job to go straight into with one of our friends, same money and him thinking there would not be a problem with mortgage now handed his notice in and starts a week next Monday!
Do i need to be worried? He will be paid as normal into his bank from previous company on 28th we are due to complete 27th

I think its a material change which you will need to advise your mortgage company. Once the funds have transferred I guess it would be a different matter - since thats business as usual, people move jobs0

If we complete on expected date though we will strictly of had the money and then he has moved jobs. How would they know if the wage from his new job does not go in until a month later? Thanks0

You need to tell your mortgage company as this is a material change in your circumstances. This may, or may not be a problem for them.
