    A final point from me. If less than 80% of the tax due in 10-11 has been collected via PAYE then Payments on Account may be required in Jan and July 2012.

    You need to sort the Code out with HMRC prior Apr 2012 ........ so (Acct advice I think?) just reduce the POAs to zero. As this shouldn't recur.
    If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !
