Urgent Help please from MSEs seasoned sewers - how much fabric do I need?

Hello all sewers.. I know it's a basic question but upto now I have only seen trinkets and quilted blankets but I am going to turn my hand to making my own pattern and see If i can make a dress.

I intended on unpicking an old dress I like the style of, making a pattern and taking it from there then going to collect the fabric over weekend (50 mile round trip)

However my mum has just rang saying she will be near the fabric shop I want to visit and will be nearby for next hour so i quickly need to work it out...

The skirt has 3 panels (wrap around) and each panel is 65cm wide and 60 cm long. The top is also semi wrap over and has a back panel that's 59cm armpit to armpit and 40cm neck to waist. It has 2 front sections that at the widest are 40cm wide and at fullest part 40cm shoulder to waist , no sleeves!

Argh could some lovely person help me work out how much fabric I need?

It's 110cm wide and is actually a quilting fabric so I will need to buy in continuos fat quarters...
