I hope this is the right place to post this,please excuse my mistake if it isn't.
Please can anyone tell me if they have had any experience with a company called Nice Cans.I bought an i boo speaker from them in mid December, they, emailed me saying that they didnt have the colour I ordered but could offer an alternative.I then notified them that this would be ok
I haven't received a.nything from them.They have not responded to my query and complaint emails..They do not seem to be answering phone calls.I have now written to them at the address on the website.(They are based in Southampton) just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience, and also if anyone has had any success in getting their money back.Any replies and/or advice would be much appreciated as I now fear the worst.
