Well done!
I've bought from them a couple of times in the past - household and kitchen goods. I have to say delivery was fairly slow, but I got everything I ordered, and fantastic quality

Firstly, well done.
I used to use Achica - I was given a £100 gift voucher as I wedding present. I bought a some low-value items, then one day I suddenly couldn't use the remaining balance when attempting to make another purchase. I did some digging and finally emailed Achica. Incredibly, they told me that the gift voucher had expired, despite the T&C's stipulating there was no expiration date for the gift vouchers (not only that, but the vouchers weren't even 3 months old). I replied and told them to reimburse the £35-odd that was remaining in gift vouchers or I would never use them again and tell friends/family/hit the forums to tell people not to use them. They declined my offer, thus I warned people of Achica and they've since lost a lot business from friends/family who will not use them now. You would think a company would do their best to keep a customer happy, and what's £35 to them (which was rightfully mine too) but they appeared happier to lose custom and get a bad rep. Anyway, that's my story with Achica so despite what the terms say, I wouldn't wait out too long before using your vouchers. Well done again.0 -
Well done, brilliant win!
On a positive - I've bought a few things now via Achica (2 massive mirrors which I'm still head over heels about, tiebacks, leather stationery box) and have had no probs. Rather than source deals, they seem to link to certain companies for around 48 hours a time. The companies offers deals, some massive discounts. Not sure who pays who re the deals/advertising. Achica probably make their money by ensuring very long delivery times. They hang on to your money for a while!
Happy spending! Very, very jealous as could spend a fortune on there when there are companies with nice stuff doing deals!
