Changing account at work

Hello everyone,
Over the weekend my Santander account was compromised and they have issued me with 'a new one'. What exactly they are issuing me is unknown.
So, as a precaution I have changed the card my wage will be going into, from Santander to Natwest (Both current accounts).
Will there be any issues with this at the bank? My natwest account is just a spare account I have, sort of emergency money account.

As a note, what I'm actually getting at is that i've never paid a large slump of money into my Natwest account before so I'm just checking to see if what I'm doing is a good idea.Great to be a money saver!0

I wouldn't have thought it would be a problem, there has to be a first time for wages to go into an account for everyone. How large a 'slump' (lol) is large? If it's over £10K then it could get held up for a while for money laundering checks but if it's just a normal mortal's monthly pay I'm sure it'll be OK.0
