Money not paid by employer for student loan!

Hi
A friend of mine has a big problem.
For the last 2 years she has had 4k taken by her employer to pay off her student loans BUT the company has gone bust and she has discovered not a penny has been paid over nor NI/tax paid at all even though it is on both tax years P60.
Any ideas where she stands over the student loans as she seems to be getting no info from anyone

Does the amount show on the payslips as having been deducted? Has she contacted Student Loans Co?0

yes it is shown on her P60 and the student loan company still say she is liable for payment0

I would have said that she is best getting some advice from somewhere like the CAB, ACAS or even the HMRC who maybe able to help her or advise her what her position isWeight Loss - 102lb0

She definitely needs proper advice on this, not only about the student loan but also the tax and NI that hasn't been paid.0
