Hello everyone, I'm still battling with the store cupboard this week (have located in total 8 kilos of different dried pulses  ), so this is my attempt... all HM
Monday: chickpea and courgette terrain with yogurt and blue cheese sauce + rice
Tuesday: Something with the salmon OH bought last week. As I hate eating anything that can swim, I'll probably just grill it simply and hope it's okay. _pale_ Something simple for me, probably involving cheese!
Wednesday: Sausage casserole (probably with sneaky added lentils  ) and mashed potatoes
Thursday: Wouldn't be a normal week without at least one curry, so moong bean dahl, spiced potatoes and bread
Friday: 5 bean pot and crusty bread
Saturday: Savory swiss roll and salad - (Left overs from above with added chilli, spread on pizza dough, add cheese and roll up, great for lunch when sliced too!)
Sunday: Slow roasted lamb shanks with lentils and roasted vegetables.
Have also made: poppy seed cake, date and walnut loaf and enough gingerbread to sink a battleship...:staradmin:starmod: beware of geeks bearing .gifs...:starmod::staradmin:starmod: Whoever said "nothing is impossible" obviously never tried to nail jelly to a tree :starmod:0 -
