Template letter to DCA?

Hi guys,
Does anyone have a template letter for a DCA offering £x amount per month until settled then removal of default once paid in full and final?
It a default for under£200 out of my own stupidity and I'm hoping they'll be able to reason with me on this, as it will stop me getting my mortgage in the next couple of years

Hi, have you looked on the National Debtline website - they have lots of template letters in a dropdown menu.
