ive looked in to first direct, who else offers similar levels of salary multilpes? between 4 and 5

my ltv will be about 72%, FTB

    first direct offer 4.5x, i dont have any other outoings such as loans, cc bills, etc etc clean credit history

    Have you had a mortgage offer? Or just their online calculator?

    The maximum you can get is 5 times really, with a handful of lenders.

    However, whether or not you get that level will depend on the actual details of your application, and what score you get with the chosen lender.
