british gas loan-im having a niightmare!!
Hi guys
I was wondering if anyone can help me out..im having a nightmare..basically I have always paid my payments up until dec when i was signed off work for medical reasons in dec I rang up to make a late payment and I was old it had gone through but then recieved a letter sayin i hadnt paid and rang up where they told me they do not accept visa electrons!!even tho I sai this was the card I ws using!i couldnt pay it then as the monay had gone out for other things-they said all they could do was hold it but by then another payment was due!!
so now i am 3 months in arrears-I have written 4 letter 2 emails and rang up
the 1st letter I had back from them said 'we are keen to discuss the points raised with you pls call' so i did thinking my situation would be on file but it wasnt and I had to explain all over again -i was on the phone ages and ended up getting cut off as i only have a pay as you go phone and obv dont have the money to keep calling them because of this......so ive sent 3 more letters and 2 emails-no one has replied to the emails and ive had 2 identical letters to the first one from them!!!!
if any1 has any advive id be so grateful.
