Experian - Pulling my hair out!!!!

As part of my credit file clean up, I have ordered my Credit files but wanted to use the credit expert 30 trial for experian and then keep it going until I was happy that my file is sorted.
I tried signing up last night and it refused the free trial saying that I was already a member. I tried to join experian before in 2006 but it never let me log in so I didnt actually use it.
I was also charged for several months for a prodcut I couldnt use and couldnt get any assistance with before my wife cancelled the Direct Debit.
I just spoke to someone at experian and was quite dissapointed when they basicaly said there is nothing they can do and it will cost me £14.99 to re-activate an account that I have made payments towards but never actually used!
I even asked him to look at the login records to confirm that I was never actually able to log in, but he declined.
All I want is the 30 day free trial to see if it is a service I will find beneficial for the long run, but have basically been told I must pay full price, even for a trial!
Cheers for the fantastic service Experian!

I would just pay the £2 and write to them to obtain the file...not worth the hassle.0
