More Flowers, but no email?

Firstly, thanks to Surfermum as I have now won my second bouquet of flowers from your comp!!

But I had the email saying your picture is live, I had a look and its got a rosette on it saying I got flowers but I havent yet had a wem from them. Last time I had a wem pretty quickly after it was listed?

Has anyone else had this happen? How long should I give them?

I am also still waiting for my first bunch to arrive Im hoping they will come this week and I shall have a house full of lovely flowers, that is a real treat for me so thanks so much. xxxxx

    am i being completely thick....I just got a WEM to say I had won a bunch and to click through to a link to put my details in but the link just takes me to the day I won? Anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

    A screen should pop up hun to fill out details.

    Oh I see they just picked more winners, so those this morning obviously did not get a WEM, and they have not realised. Any idea of any email addy to contact them on??

    hi, i had that problem with one of mine, i just kept going back and copy and pasting it into my browser, and eventually it came up with the form to put my details in, it did take several goes though :)

    you could just scroll through the results of each day and see if your pic is on there, if it has a rosette on your a winner!
