selfassessment 90% done-now I am stuck

in Cutting tax
have been filling in on-line selfassessment forms, quite simple but then got stuck by an error message about providing services through a service company and to enter amount in the box, I have never worked through a services company and the box does not allow you to put nil or £0.00 in the box so you can't move on to the next section-what am i doing wrong? have just spent ages on phone trying to get through to tax peeps to no avail and nedd help please.
