hi all, without going into detail - I am due to start a new job soon YAY! but I have been out of work for some time - has anybody else had this experience? and how did you go about getting back into a working life, with confidence, meeting of new people etc etc!!

Treat it as a new adventure or like a new date,,your bound to be nervous but once you get up to speed you will regret all the time wasted on the dole because no one likes that...good luck and just be yourself.. and start saving..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0
