'Ideal' Post & Packing Refund?

Hi 'Bod1467' I've been checking (soga) & under Returns it says:
Getting your money back
Under the distance selling regulations, you are quite within your rights to change your mind at any time within the first seven days, return the goods and get a full refund. This means without financial penalty of any kind – such as a cancellation charge or a ‘restocking’ fee. The supplier must also refund any delivery charges paid by you, and any other costs related to the contract. Refunds must be made within 30 days from cancellation, whether or not the goods have been sent back. Any related credit agreements will also cease to exist.
You may be required to pay to return the goods, but you must have been informed of this as part of the pre-contractual information. if the goods are faulty, then under Sale of Goods, the supplier will always bear the cost of returning them.
On further the checking the paperwork, & the 'Flexipay T&C' It says 'we will refund your card for the amount excluding P&P on returns' Looks like 'am not feeling lucky.
If the goods are faulty, then under Sale of Goods, the supplier will always bear the cost of returning them.0 -

Hi 'Ideal' are still not answering any emails, even though they say they will within 24hrs. I was just wondering how long should I wait before sending a complaint to 'Consumer Direct?
Thx againjoe2cool0 -

Hi I eventually received a full refund from 'Ideal' or should I still say 'UnIdeal' Can I ask again 'if goods/items are faulty' can you always claim back your return postage costs. Its just since this was eventually resolved, a previous purchase a while back an 'Homeplug' from solwise was faulty (didn't work at all), but they completely refused payment of return postage even when I quoted from the 'Amazon' site ' returns & refunds policy for 'Marketplace' it says 'Please note that, with respect to returns initiated during the first 7 working days after delivery, sellers are not required to refund the cost of giftwrapping, returning the item to the seller, and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to the seller because of an error on the seller's part or because it is defective'
But the
Mini size 200AV Homeplug was defective & faulty. All 'Solwise' replied with was 'I'm afraid this is just a guide, our terms are that we will refund the full original order but we can't refund the return postage. Sorry we can't be of any more help'
.
I probably can't find the receipt of return postage now but its just the principle if they are wrong?
Thx again for all your previous help
