Go Outdoors - prices don't always go through tills!!1

Not sure if this is the right place to post.

I bought some trainers priced at £40.00 (in their sale), they went through the till at £49.97. I questioned it and after checking the labels etc, they reduced the price and said I had been charged wrongly.. The guy working on the shoe sectioned admitted most of the 'SALE' prices weren't going through the tills. The girl on the till said they had to remember to change the prices!!! With a store that size not sure how they would remember what is reduced and what isn't.

The lady in front of me had the same trouble with a pair of gloves.

So I thought it would be worth a mention to be eagle eyed when using Go Outdoors, especially if you buy more than one thing it can be confusing.
