It says: "Heritage is slightly looser than our Vintage range for a modern, relaxed fit".
Also, on website it says: "The customer will be liable for the payment of the postage charge in the event of the return of a non-faulty garment(s)". This means there isn't free returns surely? Does this mean the outgoing or incoming postage?0 -

I read that as normally there isnt a free del code so you would have paid postage to get your items, therefore if you return items you get a refund but not for the postage element you would have normally paid, therefore I take it returns are free. Has anyone had a delivery from earlier deals and had a return leaflet in their delivery?0 -

It does say on the website to use the returns label provided, which made me think originally that returns are free. But Jelly Tots has a point.
My OH placed a large order last night under the impression that returns are free, so he has ordered a few things for size. Have emailed CS asking them about their returns policy, will let you know when I hear back.0 -
Urgh!
From FAQ page: http://www.lyleandscott.com/fcp/content/faqs/content
"What is the process if I want a refund? Should you want a refund, complete the returns form you receive with your item and return it to Lyle & Scott using the pre-printed postage label within 21 days. The cost to return items to us is incurred by you".
and
"The cost for returning items to us is incurred by you; however, if we find your item to be faulty we will refund this postage cost. Please make it clear on the returns form if you would like a refund or exchange. If you request an exchange the replacement will be sent to you free of charge".0 -

They do not refund postage in either direction unless they are at fault. If you cancel an order within the 7 day period as defined under EU DSR regs a retailer must refund the cost of the entire order, inc postage. That is unless you keep any part of it. Stand your ground and demand your full refund0 -
It really puts you off a company that 'pulls a fast one' with the postage. I will think twice before ordering from L&S again.Iminwonderland wrote: »They do not refund postage in either direction unless they are at fault. You can get free delivery for postage to you (use code posted above)- you just pay for the return. Thats always been normal practice IMO when ordering from a lot of online stores who arent huge like very/next etc Even next tho is £3.95 (home) delivery and free returns, they refund the delivery charge if you return all the order but not partial returns.
Also, i am sure on last weeks MSE email it was mentioned that the store had to refund postage if returning an order, not sure if thats all the order tho rather than partial0
