Tax code after overpayment claim

Just to verify I am correct in this -- I did an internship last summer, for which, having no P45, my employer put me on 0T, which resulted in a fairly significant overpayment.
Since this was a 2 months internship, I received a P45 after its end and claimed the overpaid tax back, sending in the P45 together with the relevant form as per instructions. Now they've got back to me and sent me the refund, but no new P45 as they promised.
So now I am again P45-less and due to start work in a few days time. This means they'll put me on 0T again. Since the corrected tax calculation HMRC sent me deducted the full 7.5K allowance from gross income before calculating the tax on the rest, I assume that in my case until the end of the tax year, the 0T tax code is correct so I don't need to bother trying to fix this up again?
Thanks

Yes, assuming in your first spell you earned more than £7474 and your combined earnings for 2011-12 do not take you into the higher tax bracket then 0T is the correct code.0

what form did you send to HMRC?0

P50 Claiming tax back when you have stopped working0

And can you remember what box you ticked?
I have been unemployed for four weeks or morelisted on page one.
and have not claimed any of the taxable benefits
or
I do not expect to go back to work (includingof the new tax year on 6 April
part-time or casual employment) before the start
If you ticked the bottom option you wouldn't get a new P45 as you have said you wouldn't be working again this year.

Yes, I ticked the following one, since I knew I would start back at work in January (though I sent the form about 6 weeks prior to start date, so I was not expecting to get back to work within four weeks of when I sent it as required on the form).
