advice needed on raising funds

Needing some advice......
I have a substantially expensive year ahead of me through various reasons and in a nutshell I need to find some extra money from somewhere....I've calculated this to be around £4000.
I have a full time job working 40 hour monday - friday but I have no savings, I'm living on the limit of a £2000 overdraft and I am making regular monthly payments for loans until November 2012. Adding all off this up means that I have nothing left over to save so I need to find another way of upping my income. I've already set myself up a specialised ebay shop but this really requires ongoing investment in order to stock it so it's not really a practical source of income at the moment.
I understand a popular suggestion may be to look into getting a saturday job but this isn't really an option for me as I have other activities going on then. I've used the 'bootsale/ebay unwanted items card' already so I don't really have anything to sell.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I appreciate I may have a limited amount of options but I want to explore all avenues before I have to concede and apply for a credit card as a temporary solution.

With your ongoing debt level (overdraft) are you credit worthy for a credit card?

I like to think I'm fairly responsible with my money although I could do more to protect the money I earn. The main reason my money situation is the way it is is because I am still recovering from being unemployed for a year recently. The debt I have was accumulated during that period in order for me to make ends meet and the aftermath involves a long recovery process.
