I'm a 28 year old first time buyer living in Leeds. I have £33k in savings and have just had a pay rise to £26,500, what advice can you give me in terms of mortgages to look at and for how much to borrow? Thanks.

There is a calculator on this site which will give you an idea. You will need some savings for fees etc, mortgages will depend on your attitude ie fixed, tracker etc0

You can probably get a mortgage for £120-130k maybe a touch more.
With your deposit thats £160k.
Keep back about £2k for solicitors, stamp duty etc.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
