Best Book/Site on CV and Cover Letter Writing?

Just wondering, since I'm crap at this.
I usually get headhunted for jobs, and the same with my business - a lot of my work comes from word of mouth, referrals, and just networking with people.
That's great, and I'm not complaining. But sometimes contracts get advertised that would be immensely useful to me, and here I tend to have an abysmal record on getting interviews.
So I'm looking for a book that gives strong advice on writing standout CVs and cover letters - what employers are looking for in your letter, and how to make sure that when going through that process, I make a good impression and don't get passed over.
Many thanks.

Thanks, I was looking at that on Amazon earlier along with a few others - why would you pick that one over other books on the topic?
