Reclaiming Loan charges?
Is this possible in the same way it is with bank charges? Ive just repayed my Goldfish loan early, and now want to claim back my £250 in late charges. Ive already got a statement from them showing the charges, so shall i try it?
On a slightly different note, they still tried taking a direct debit AFTER the loan was re-paid, which caused me a bank charge, which i have to claim back from them, am i being reasonable to claim some sort of compensation for me having to keep phoning them up to find out whats happened?

Obviously you have read the sites talking about how it is unlawful to charge more than the cost for a breach of contract. This applies to any contract so if you feel that the cost of your breach of contract is less then they have charged you can contest it... at the moment the OFT have only said that credit cards should be £12 or less and are working on the figures for other banking productsAll posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers
