Hi,
Panicking now as our court appointment is tomorrow at 9:30 and i still haven't competed the 6.28 yet :(:o
It's mostly done, but with a couple of questions.

On page 19, question 6.9 says:
"Give your current (or last) income tax reference number"

For this i put my "Employer PAYE reference" from my last P60! Is that right?

Also, what about the question below which asks for the address of the tax office?
Any way to find that out?
The first part of my reference number begins with "577/" if thats any help?

Thanks

Just put down what you know.

Are these Google result for your office?

    http://www.google.co.uk/#sclient=psy-ab&hl=en&source=hp&q=tax+office+577

In the end it's not critical info to get correct.

The OR can find out the correct details if they need them.

Approx values are to be expected.

In fact, to the £1 is is optimistic in most cases, as interest/charges being added might render even that a bit off.

The OR will write to creditors, who than have a chance to submit a claim of what they think was owed on the BR date. So your figure is only a starting point, and ballpark figure for the court.

    Thanks again Fermi ;)

Pretty much complete now, but on page 7 Q3.1, it a asks for "Cash in hand" & "cash in bank , building society".

Not sure what to put in the "details" section for these?
Obviously i put the amount in the "approximate value" section.

Good Luck tomorow. When you walk out of that court it will be like a massive weight has been lifted of your shoulders. We are 8 months debt free, first time ever for over 46 years. Best of luck.:D

Hi watcher27, the cash in hand bit is mainly for self employed so put "nil' and put what you have in the bank and in brackets put for DD's and food etc. The OR will see the bank statements so just be honest.

I just put £0 as as I took everything out the day before bankrupcty. This is quite reasonable considering your bank account situation may be bumpy until you get a new BR-friendly account up and running. OR didn't even question it.

Cheers guys, just one more question (hopefully)!

I have written around an A4 page worth of "causes of bankruptcy".
I havent waffled, but there is a lot to explain!

Can i just print it out and staple it to page 26 of the SOA? Or can i just copy & paste it onto into the SOA before printing?

Need to know this ASAP as once its done i need to make the 1 hour drive to work to photocopy it all ready for tomorrow:o

If it's quicker, easier and won't fit on the SOA form, then yes, just print it out and attach it to your form. You'll need to note in the 'additional information' section "please see attached sheet". Also, make sure you print and sign your name on the additional sheet and date it the same as your SOA form.
