You will get the benefits accrued, it will NEVER be worth nothing. Unless the whole coutnry collapses in a zombie appocolypse or something.

Very good McKeff, if only all them bloody public sector workers would just work for the minimum wage, we would could also save a fortune and maybe do away with their pensions too... remember I’m a tax payer, so its hardly free money from the tax payer, its an employer contribution, the government is my employer and will be until the day they privatise the Fireservice..... wise up. People on are on here looking advise not sarcastic remarks
I agree with Mc Neff. You would be mad to come out of the Fire Service Scheme. It's still one of the best.
