ET hearing in 2 weeks, I haven't received requested documents from the respondent. Does anyone have any idea what should I do and how to prepare the bundle? Thanks!

You need to contact the Tribunal office. The bundle should be "a bundle" and arrangements for it to be collated (usually by the employers side) are usually in place. There are deadlines to be met for exchange of documents etc. These should have been notified to both parties - usually at a CMD.0

The ET Order actually said
It doen't say who will prepare the bundle, I read online that since Employers usually have facilities for copying, they usually do the bundle. I'll try and contact the tribunal tomorrow.14 days before the hearing the parties shall liaise to agree the contents of a single, paginated bundle of documents for use of the parties, the tribunal and witnesses at the hearing. Five copies of that bundle should be brought on the day of the hearing0 -
As the claimant, do I have to write a "witness statement" of my own and if I do, do I have to give the respondent a copy in advance?0
