Actually you have now said something I didn't know.
"If you miss a payment then you have defaulted the credit agreement, it does not mean you have been given a "default".0 -
Well yes most people don't and I didn't know at first.
But that's when I realised they can apply a default as long as they provide the relevant notice at anytime during the payment arrangement and it will come, but deppends on if you have hit the amount of missed payments required to default or if you are paying at least 1% interest they do not always default.
