    Just phoned up and they said the system was down but they took and details and said the card will be sent out within the next 3-5 working days.

    I am a member and have just been advised that the offer was to attract new customers. They are going to look into whether they can offer existing members anything and get back to me. Fingers crossed!

    Dang! Missed it... As I regularly take 3 teenage girls up to London to "do" museums, etc, that would have been brilliant. Must keep a closer eye on this board.
