Missed Parcel

Had a missed parcel last week delivered by Yodel, now I don't if anyone else has any experience with this company, but they must try really hard to be so bad! I have tried to organise re-delivery 4 times now, 2 x using their online system & 2 x speaking to what I would loosely call a "real person". Basically 4 wasted days waiting for a parcel:mad:
Had a Google & found they don't have the best of reviews on trustpilot.co.uk, makes interesting reading!
If anyone has a missed parcel card from Yodel, good luck, you may well need it!!

They pushed a card through my door and put *safe place* (even through I was in and they didn't even knock) turns out the 'safe place' was outside the front door for everyone to see.
