Am I right in thinking a Legal & General Pension cannot be transferred in to a Local Authority pension?

Depends on the type of L&G pension. If its personal or stakeholder it can. I cant remember if you can only do it in the first 12 months or not though (some public sector pensions have that requirement).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
