    Well done on your win.

    Alot of promotion companies have to order the prizes rather than have them to hand to send out, in these circumstances it is quite normal to have items arrive seperately so don't worry. I recently had a lovely win and had the ghd set, the camera and the champagne all arrived on different days from the other parts of the prize as they were all ordered via differnet companies by the PR company.
