Hi
Im currently trying to clean up my credit reports and build up my credit score but i have come across a stumbling block.
After writing letters to my creditors asking them to settle accounts on files after FTVA was paid out all did. Though strangely enough another random one appeared back on my reports.. The company is Tti Spec, saying i defaulted way back in december 2009 in just one box, I certainly have never heard of them and was wondering if anyone else has, because i obviously want to remove it from my agreement report.
Another thing which is bemusing me is, in the court information it still says my bankruptcy date..Is there any way of removing this from there, as I was annulled from bankruptcy so in theory the bankruptcy never exsisted?
Oh and one more point i have had a credit card now for a couple of years which i buy stuff on and pay off immediately to try and help my rating/score... Though after two years it still hasn't changed???? Stuck on the same score......Any help or suggestions would be very grateful with the issues above
Kind Regards
Matthew

Sounds oddly familiar?
Does the report list an address for them at the end?
The CRA must have contact details for whoever placed the record, so ask them if all else fails.neverbeenknown wrote: »Another thing which is bemusing me is, in the court information it still says my bankruptcy date..Is there any way of removing this from there, as I was annulled from bankruptcy so in theory the bankruptcy never exsisted?

While the BR/IVA and defaults are on your report, it's not going to change much.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

It is TTISPC, they buy debts from other companies, I had them on my file and I contacted them directly with my BR and discharge details, they were quite quick in updating my CRA files.

Thankyou guys you have been a great help.
Is there any type of letter I can send to them to get them to remove the default, or just the same as the last letter I sent out asking them to remove this incorrect information?
Thanks once again0 -

If you haven't written to TTI SPC before, then use the letter in the main cleanup sticky.
Otherwise use the one Ifwishes linked to.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
