It's a normal transaction, I use my credit cards on EBay all the time.
Debt free and staying that way!
  • If its a paypal payment your sending then it will be a normal transcation
  • Your friend will just need to transfer the money from paypal into her bank account as soon as it hits her paypal. there is a fee for transfering balances less than £50 - sorry no idea what it is

If you bought it from a friend can't you just give her the cash or make a direct bank deposit? There will be charges to accept your credit card payment, so you'll have to pay her more than she wants so she gets the same amount of cash.
  • Good point Gromitt. I forgot about the paypal fees for receiving money...

Or the sender can choose to just pay the fees
