My secured loan company was granted a possesion order on my house on the 5th of december and I thought that was it all delt with, however I have just received a letter from them saying unless I clear my outstanding payments they will go back to court to enforce the possession order. Does this mean the house is not currently repossesed?
Thanks

Hi,
What they mean is that they are going to apply to the court to instruct bailiffs to evict anyone present and to secure the property by changing the locks. I pressume that you are no longer in the property, so it's just the final stage of the process, nothing to worry about.

Ok, thanks. Yes the property has been empty since august. Should I post them the keys? or will they change the locks regardless?0

It's up to you, it will allow them to enter without the need for a locksmith. The lender usually change the locks anyway, after entry.
