Groupon Confusion

Hi I hope Im posting in the correct place, I'm looking for some advice re my first order from a Groupon ad.... I have chosen the current gardening fruit tree deal and purchased the 5 fruit trees for £29.99, after putting in all my bank details and clicking submit it went through and then a message stating that once the offer had closed in 24 hrs I could log in to "my account" on the Group*n website and redeem my voucher?????,
I have never ordered from this site before and have now logged in to see my voucher worth £99 but am a bit confused as to what to do with it, it says to click and print to redeem it....... But I thought I had ordered the £29.99 deal last night. If anyone can offer some advice as to what I'm supposed to do then I'd really appreciate it thanks xxx:o

Hi Thriftkitten, I've used groupon for cheap hotel deals. Once I had the voucher I had to ring the hotel to book with the voucher code... Can't you find any other details on the nursery site?
Hopefully someone else will be able to help you. :)

Hi I have just double checked the website(garding one) and it looks like i have to wait until the 16th to use the code D'oh... all a bit confusing when you have to place an order with the Grou*on site and pay, and then place another order with the gardening site......then use the code voucher, surely there must be easier ways to do this.... Not the sharpest tool in the gardening shed!!:rotfl:

I see what you mean, I'd looked at that offer too, but don't have enough room for 5 fruit trees! I'll watch out for news of your first apples appearing. Good luck :)

U hav paid 29 but if you didnt buy thru groupon u wud pay 99 so u buy from groupon u get a code u log into the stores site on the date given by groupon and u purchase the items which will com to 99 but ur 29 voucher wil cover the cost. Its really simple. You have brought a 99 voucher for 29 and hav to redeem it.

I don't think that is what the OP is having problems with if you read the above post.

Hope it goes through on the 16th. I have always been reluctant to buy off groupon, but my family all swear by it. Might give it a try.
