    Dear Sir,
    xxxxxx Council instructed (bailiff firm) as their Agents to collect outstanding council tax for the above account the amount being £xxx Fees charged to date are £xxxx
    I am now bringing the fees into question therefore require the following information
    a - the time & date of any Bailiff action that incurred a Fee.
    b - The reason for the fee.
    c - The name(s) of the Bailiff(s) that attended on each occasion a Fee was charged.
    d - The name(s) of the Court(s) the Bailiff(s) was/were certificated at.
    e - The date of the Certification.
    f- If a levy fee has charged please provide a copy of the Notice of seizure of goods and inventory as to date i have not received such a notice
    This is not a Subject access request under the Data Protection Act S7 1998 so does not incur a fee of £10.

    The National Standards for Enforcement Agents state that if a written request is made an itemised account of fees will be provided.
    Please provide the information requested within 14 days of this E-mail /recorded delivery letter

  • Hallowitch, once again, thank you so much for this information. I have briefly spoken to my son to explain things and I am going to see him tomorrow to explain fully what the situation is and what is required of him. I will keep you informed as to developments. Oh and by the way, the debt recovery firm are a company called Marston Group
