Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew of any residential mortgages with no ERC?
No ERC mortgages tend to come with high arrangement fees, so those with a low arrangement fees would be ideal.
I done some research and so far have found -
First Direct - 2.39% tracker - 65% LTV - £499 arrangement fees
Market Harborough - 2.24% tracker - 85% LTV - £775 fees
Thanks in advance for any replies.

HSBC has a range of competitive trackers for a variety of LTV which are also fee free if yoi apply this month. Hope this helps.0

If you want the security of a fixed rate for a given period those are the products that will incur an ERC.
Lenders will allow you to take their SVR if you wish to pay no fees at all.0 -

Same interest rate as First Direct, but without the fee! Thanks for your post.Thrugelmir wrote: »If you want the security of a fixed rate for a given period those are the products that will incur an ERC.
Thanks for the reply.
I'm not looking for a fixed rate at the moment, rather something with cheap entry / exit and low interest rates.
The trackers offered by First Direct and HSBC seem exactly what I'm looking for, but wanted to check if there are any other better deals at the moment.0
