Mine too (28 Feb). Have got freebies from them before (vouchers for cider at Glastonbury, CDs, flag, etc). I also got 12 free bottles of cider when I complained about some cans leaking in my cupboard that were never opened (it was very strange!)

I thought the same too but it just took a while coming through, check after about half hour or so and you might find it's turned up. Or check spam/junk folder just in case.
