Being self-employed and employed

I am a self-employed sole trader, paying no tax as I don't earn enough and I make my own arrangements for paying NI and completing a tax return.
I have been offered a part-time zero hours contract with a local employer - can anyone advise how this will affect tax and NI? I may still be under the tax threshold with both jobs, depending on how many hours I end up getting.
Which bit of the P46 should I complete? Any help gratefully received.
Thanks.

"This is my main job" gives you your tax free allowance on the PAYE so would pay less tax "in realtime" but would most likely get landed a bill when you complete your S/A if the combined income takes you over the tax free allowance.
.
"This is a second job" means you will pay 20% tax on all the PAYE so you'd pay more tax "in realtime". You would then get any overpayment refunded when you'd completed a self assessment for the current tax year but initially you'd get less money in your pocket on a week to week basis than saying it was your main job due to the fact your tax free allowance isn't applied to it.0
