Have got 350g of picked pheasant meat, slightly dry/overcooked, any suggestions on how to cook it.
Also have a pot of pheasant bones on the boil.

I would adapt this recipe:

use the pheasant stock that you are making and miss out the pan frying as you are using cooked meat0
