Loans for commercial properties halted.
Interesting.
Looks like commercial investments are going downwards.
Commercial rents are probably too high anyway, & there appears to be an increased number of vacant units available - this may rise in the next 2 months too.
Wonder of the household lending will get halted too?

It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.

Banks are repositioning themselves. As capital requirements tighten then allocation of lending resource will become ever more targeted. With banks not lending in given areas at all. That way can reduce headcount to, by discarding entire business units.0
