i have found this website called free webs a while back now and i ahve found it to be realy easy and simple to use you can make your own website for free

Freewebs is good, but i hate there ads
https://www.googlepages.com is good if u have a GMail account. Free of ads and lets you add great stuff. Its a website builder aswell (includes templates, etc) so no need to worry if you've never made a site
