didnt when i first heard of them
Id give them as miss to be honest then, as they should be making money from referrals for jobs not people on their books but a lot of people say good things about them so horses for courses !

Thanks whitelabel. (Sorry I missed your reply! Just getting used to the forum and am finding it difficult to catch up on what's happened since I last posted)0 -
Morning had a call yesterday from a ms company asking me if iwas available, its a video one regarding some home furniture,
Never done one like this before only a walk in many years ago in a bike shop .
Have sent me equipment sealed in a handbag but the paperwork does seem to be sooo many do's and dont's so just wondered is all of this compulsory or is there an easier way of doing it, No way at all do i mean to short change this or make a quick buck and totally into doing it just looking for a few hints pls as with so much jargon coming in the post this mornin and having to do it within 2 hours it feels a little rushed
thanks xx2025 Wins ::

i did a couple of those a couple of weeks ago. Really not as bad as the paperwork makes it seem. Just remember to stick to the brief. Wear the handbag so it sits under your arm and keep facing the MoS. and remember not to hum/ talk to yourself!0 -
I'll add a note about RA fees to the first post when I'm near my laptop. i too was gobsmacked at the electrical fee - the last company paid decently, and a nice short report and lovely company to work for to boot!0

Not meaning to sound snotty but this is not the way to do video. It's not fair on the MSer as there is a lot more to filming properly and you have to think about the framing and where the MOS is, whilst remembering the brief and talking. Not having enough time to practice is poor too.
This company are trying to do things on the cheap, despite being nice people, they're getting turned down by shoppers with newer and more accurate equipment as they don't pay enough to justify the travel and time investment.0 -
Need some help please.
Despite being on the GAP books for the best part of 3 years I have never done any work for them (Not a fan of fast food since I live with a nutritionist and I know what is actually in my bucket/burger etc))
However, I have just picked up my first job for them due to the 'meaty' premium but I can't seem to work out how to access the briefing now that it's in my basket.
Any help appreciated.0 -
