Thank you. I started MS'ing last March and despite registering on a number of sites I have only ever carried out visits for RE.

No particular`reason, I suppose I have just got used to their style and they mine.

    I am in Harrogate.

Could you please expand on the alerts thread please, I am not aware of this.

    Regards

youre clearly not in it for the money then :rotfl:

there are so many better companies youre selling your self short if you limit yourself to them. have a read through the first page of some others if you havent signed up to them and give them a whirl youll be shocked how fees and briefs can vary per company. There are other members in your region though i think so you may have some competition, but most are friendly here:p
  • I came home today vowing never to do another 'full on' TNS supermarket. Why do I do them? So much ar*eing about for so little money.
And then I checked my spreadsheet and saw that I have three more booked in.
I vow not to do more than another three 'full on' TNS supermarkets.

Yes, these are such a faff aren't they! I always leave my local one now, although did do it once not all that long ago as they sent a mass email out with a list of the last few left in the country, adding an extra bonus. I still didn't reply and they phoned me to see if I was aware of the visit, had I not got the email etc. I said yes, but I'm just too busy, so they added a bit more. I was actually really quiet at the time so thought I could put up with the ar$ing around for more money.
They annoy me though when you compare them to the Quick supermarkets. Yes they pay very little but they are so quick and simple, both the visit itself and the report, and you can pick up a few bits you need as well, so I don't mind them.

So true, but I've been in this game long enough that I really should've learned that lesson by now.
Monkeynut is right; I don't mind the small ones. They are so quick and easy and I usually can fit them in around other assignments.
Never run out of milk and bread either :D

I did my first TNS suspermarket yesterday. Never again. I agree, all that faffing about for that small fee. I spent ages trying find staff to answer my inane questions. I did a GR supermarket straight after and it was a breeze in comparison.
