I can't get any discount to work with the joy bag, can anyone else?

In basket is

Pomegranate Reed Diffuser £15.00
Shea Soap x 2 @£2 each £4.00
Strawberry Soap x2 @£2 each £4.00
Pink Grapefruit Soap £2.00

=== £25.00 but add the joy bag at £30.00 & the total is £55.00 but no discount coming off???

Adding more items still doesn't knock discount off btw, just added teatree skincare set at £10.00

I've just done the same as sn1987a and it has worked, have you tried putting the bag of joy in first at full price then adding the code?

I think that in order the code to work with the bag of joy you need to spend £30-31. You don't get any discount on the bag of joy itself but there should be non discounted products worth £25-£26 in your basket. Are any of the products you add already reduced in sales?

No none of the other items are in the sale, didn't order in the end cos only really needed the reed diffuser & shea soap with get them instore at some point.

Still working, just ordered a heap of stuff and the new chocolate body butter for £26 after my £25 discount.



I was resisting this from the moment Body shop announced the new year deal but the chocolate body butter forced me into it! Lol- DH is gonna kill me as now have an obscene amount of TBS products! Lol
