I'm guessing you mean when they reduce prices to 75% off instead of the current 50% off ?
Most people believe it will be next Wednesday but nothing confirmed yet. There is a huge thread already running about this - Boots 1/2 price sale so you'd be best keeping an eye on that one for all the latest news (and some very entetaining stories !).
