every silly express ramping article is always backed up by an estate agent or some property company. im hopeful express readers see through this nosense. But on reflection you must have a very low IQ to buy this ragMaidstone Prices - average reductions at 8.5% (£19,668) Feb 2012 - We thought the dudes were not allowed to drop prices?0 -
House prices will go up sooner or later, stop waiting for a crash that isn't going to happen0

£494 a month is 15% of take home pay?
That's around £38k a year AFTER tax
That's no average person.
"down" from £601 or 20.5% of take home pay, which is £35k after tax.
Which means you need to earn more to afford a house, ie houses are LESS affordable
Also £38k after tax is around £57-£60k, the average household income is round £35k. As a percentage, how does that compare with 10 years ago?0 -

to buy a house, you need a job. Have you seen the unemployed figures?
Youth unemployment at all time high, where does the FTB come from?0 -
Many of my mates are now in the far east and middle east earning big wadges tax free to save for a deposit. We are talking 80-100K p.a. tax free here, for nothing more than a BEng(Hons) 2:2 in engineering.0

That's a quote from someone working frantically none stop all week doing 14-17 hour shifts, missing lots of meals. Working mostly outside in the cold whilst really ill and having a fraction of the sleep needed. I even considered going in my day off tomorrow as I have still important stuff to do which I can't really put off.
Near broken at moment, just want to sleep.
On a plus side got great results this week and house prices are still falling.
