well i used them not so long ago for an urgent purchase for work which was required for the next day so I called to check the item was in stock ( it was nearly £400) & they said it was so I immediately placed the order and paid for special delivery. The item didn't turn up the next day and when I rang to find out why it turned out they were waiting for stock coming in. I felt I had been misled when I originally called - customer service was very poor, their supposed on line tracking gave me no information. The item eventually turned up 4 days late and addressed to someone who didn't exist and whose name bore no resemblance to anyone in the company and they hadn't even put the company name on so the poor courier struggled to find us in a multi occupancy building. Luckily it's a small building and by sheer fluke he did manage to find us. When I called to complain they just weren't interested and basically said "you got the item didn't you" - which yes I did but I would have purchased from another company had they been straight at the beginning. I personally will not use them again - I don't know what you are buying but its a mobile device I've used Power up Mobile and Easy Devices - both been very good so far.
