Its unlikely your loan provider will accept payment by card. Even if they do you'll need to check how barclays would treat the payment (might well be a cash advance not a purchase, certainly won't be a balance transfer).
Some credit cards do allow a way round this - using a super balance transfer to put money in your current account from a credit card. And then use that to pay a loan. Barclays don't in general have this facility (they don't have it on new accounts although occasionally offer to to existing customers).A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
