can you pay off a loan using a 0% balance transfer credit card???

    Probably not, check with the lender.

    Who is the 0% card provider?

    Its unlikely your loan provider will accept payment by card. Even if they do you'll need to check how barclays would treat the payment (might well be a cash advance not a purchase, certainly won't be a balance transfer).

    Some credit cards do allow a way round this - using a super balance transfer to put money in your current account from a credit card. And then use that to pay a loan. Barclays don't in general have this facility (they don't have it on new accounts although occasionally offer to to existing customers).
