can anyone help???? my husband has worked for his employer for a year, part time 24 hours a week, but he wont give him any pay slips, he is reluctant to make waves in case he loses his job, but is worried that his employer is not paying his tax or insurance????

many excuses, like the accountent is doing them, then the accountent is on hol, or the computer is down, he has done them but done them wrong so they had to go back and so on and so on????????????0

Payslips are a legal right - but if you won't stand up for your legal rights I am not sure that you can find soeone else who will do it for you (unless you are in a union).0

yeh, SarEI true, but if its a choice of getting payslips and keeping your job? no contest!0

Legally he should be provided with a payslip (or access if they are online).
Why doesnt he speak to payroll and say he urgently needs them for financial purposes (ie proof of earnings for say rent, mortgage or a new bank account or tax credits/ benefits) as he needs to prove his income. That way he can get at least his most recent payslip and just double check all is ok.0 -
